Technique plays a fundamental role in improving your swimming.

  • Demonstrates a Speed Endurance technique: low drag, efficient stroke that provides speed over the endurance distance

  • At the time of the image the swimmer was lapping 29.4 for 50m

Best results for distances 200m+.

  • Demonstrates a Speed Power technique: higher drag, high power that provides speed over the 100m speed distance

  • At the time of the image the swimmer was lapping 24.7 for 50m

Best results for 50 - 100m + last 5 - 7 metres of tight race finishes, all distances
